We are expanding our Digital Marketing & Brand Growth team and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend/UI/UX & WordPress Developer to lead website modernization, UI/UX improvements, technical SEO implementation, and digital experience optimization across our corporate brands.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX and WordPress expertise who can independently design, develop, optimize, and manage high-performance websites that support lead generation, brand growth, and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in modern frontend technologies, WordPress development, website performance optimization, conversion-focused design, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

• Design and develop responsive, mobile-first websites and landing pages
• Build service pages, campaign pages, microsites, and lead-generation funnels
• Develop reusable website components and templates
• Maintain branding consistency across all digital platforms
• Support website modernization and redesign initiatives

WordPress Development

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and templates
• Manage WordPress plugins and integrations
• Troubleshoot website issues and performance bottlenecks
• Manage staging and production environments
• Implement website security best practices

UI/UX & Conversion Optimization

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys using Figma
• Improve navigation, usability, and website conversion rates
• Conduct UX reviews and recommend enhancements
• Implement accessibility and modern design standards

Technical SEO & Performance

• Optimize website architecture and technical SEO
• Improve Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores
• Implement schema markup and structured data
• Improve indexing, crawlability, and search performance

Analytics & Marketing Technology

Implement and manage:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Google Search Console
• Meta Pixel
