We are expanding our Digital Marketing & Brand Growth team and are looking for an experienced professional to lead frontend development, UI/UX design, website modernization, performance optimization, and conversion-focused digital experience initiatives.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend/UI/UX Developer who can transform business, marketing, and user requirements into modern, responsive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences.

The successful candidate will combine strong frontend engineering capabilities with practical UI/UX design experience. This person will work closely with Digital Marketing, SEO, Content, Analytics, Lead Generation, and leadership teams.

The role requires hands-on ownership of frontend development, user-interface design, user journeys, responsive behavior, design systems, accessibility, website performance, and conversion optimization.

This position is intended for a hands-on professional. Candidates whose experience is limited to visual design, graphic design, page-builder configuration, or content publishing may not be suitable.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Design and develop responsive, mobile-first websites, landing pages, microsites, and digital interfaces.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components.
• Translate Figma designs, wireframes, prototypes, and business requirements into functional interfaces.
• Write structured and maintainable HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend code.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Maintain consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
• Support component-based frontend architecture and design-system implementation.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, content-management platforms, forms, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot frontend defects, rendering problems, responsiveness issues, and integration errors.

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and interface designs.
• Conduct usability reviews and UX audits.
• Improve navigation, content hierarchy, user journeys, and conversion paths.
• Design conversion-focused landing pages and lead-generation experiences.
• Build and maintain reusable UI patterns and design systems.
• Apply accessibility and inclusive-design practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership stakeholders to translate business objectives into usable digital experiences.
• Use analytics, user behavior, and available performance evidence to recommend improvements.

Website Performance and Technical SEO

• Improve Core Web Vitals and frontend performance.
• Optimize images, scripts, stylesheets, fonts, and other frontend assets.
• Support technical SEO implementation, including structured data and schema markup.
• Improve page speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and rendering performance.
• Work with SEO specialists to implement technical recommendations.
• Conduct performance reviews using appropriate diagnostic tools.

Analytics and Conversion Tracking

Support implementation and validation of:

• Google Analytics 4
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Search Console
• Meta Pixel
• LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Lead-capture forms
• Event and conversion tracking
• Marketing and CRM integrations

Collaboration and Governance

• Work with Digital Marketing, SEO, Content, Analytics, Lead Generation, and leadership teams.
• Document frontend standards, reusable components, design decisions, and technical requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, quality assurance, and release coordination.
• Review work for design consistency, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on frontend development experience.
• At least 3 years of practical UI/UX design experience.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive-design skills.
• Practical experience converting Figma designs into functional interfaces.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, or design systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, SEO, content, or lead-generation teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant frontend and UI/UX work.
• Ability to explain personal contribution and ownership for portfolio projects.
