Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and enhance modern web applications while incorporating AI-powered features and emerging development tools. The ideal candidate has strong experience in frontend and backend development, API integrations, databases, and cloud technologies, with an interest in leveraging AI to improve software development and application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and REST APIs.
• Build and optimize backend services, database models, and queries using MongoDB.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into applications to support intelligent features and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design technical solutions and improve application architecture.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and modernization.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software quality, security, and maintainability.
• Work with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support CI/CD processes and cloud-based application deployments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing REST APIs and working with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with LLM integrations, generative AI, or AI-powered applications.
• Understanding of software design principles, application security, and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and contributing to technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java, MeteorJS, Angular, or microservices.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI services.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Previous technical mentoring or team leadership experience.
