Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

You will build and maintain customer-facing e-commerce experiences that serve a large user base, integrating a Nuxt3 frontend with headless, cloud-based SAAS platforms for catalog, promotions, and content.

This is not a role where you wait for a finished spec. You will work alongside System Analysts and other engineers to shape the solution — questioning unclear requirements, proposing options, and explaining the trade-offs behind your recommendation. We expect you to disagree when you see a problem, and to commit once the team decides.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across the Nuxt3 frontend and Node.js/ TypeScript services
• Design and integrate APIs with third-party headless/SAAS platforms, including failure, retry, and versioning behaviors
• Partner with SA and product on requirements — clarify ambiguity early and propose alternatives with clear trade-offs
• Own quality: writing tests, reviewing peers' code, and supporting what you ship in production
• Investigate and resolve production issues using logs, traces, and metrics
• Share knowledge and raise the technical bar of the people around you

About you

• At least 3-4 years experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js with TypeScript
• Solid experience with Vue.js and Nuxt3, including rendering strategies (SSR / SSG / ISR), coaching, and frontend performance (Core Web Vitals)
• Experience integrating with headless / cloud-based SAAS platforms
• API and integration design - REST contract design, versioning, idempotency, and robust error/retry handling for unreliable third-party dependencies
• Understanding of product catalog, promotions, content management, or similar domains
• Automated testing as part of normal delivery — unit and integration tests written without being asked
• Ability to explain and defend technical decisions to SA, and fellow engineers, and to give constructive input on others' designs
• Experience with AWS (nice to have)
• Observability and production debugging — reading logs, traces, and metrics to diagnose issues across services (nice to have)
