The Role
This is a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer position where you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications. You'll work across the full SDLC, delivering high-quality solutions while providing technical leadership. The role combines software engineering, solution design, stakeholder engagement, testing, DevOps practices, and mentoring responsibilities.

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using modern Microsoft technologies; C#/.Net/. NetCore/Azure
• Lead frontend development initiatives, with a strong focus on Vue.js and CMS integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and project teams.

Your Profile

• Around 10+ years' commercial software development experience, with significant time spent in senior development roles.
• Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft stack, particularly C#, .NET / .NET Core, Azure and SQL Server.
• Genuine full-stack capability, rather than being solely backend focused.
• Commercial front-end development experience, ideally with Vue.js. Experience integrating with Umbraco would be particularly useful.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting business-critical financial applications, ideally across lending, credit, loans, consumer finance or wider financial services.
• A good understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, integrations and cloud-based development.
• Practical experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take a business requirement through to a practical technical solution.

You'll probably suit this role particularly well if you've spent the last several years working on .NET applications sitting at the heart of a lending or financial services business - loan management platforms, credit systems, customer portals, payment or servicing applications - and you're equally comfortable getting into the backend, database and front-end layers.

This is a hands-on senior development position, so we're looking for someone who still enjoys building software, solving difficult application problems and owning solutions through from design to deployment and ongoing support.
