Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a remote Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React , Next.js , C# , and Azure for a contract-to-hire EMR rebuild project. You will join an established 8-person Scrum team, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle and directly supporting technology that impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses.

Position Details

• Fully remote, CST core working hours
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• W2 engagement only; no corp-to-corp

What you'll achieve:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using React and Next.js for front-end development
• Build and optimize C# backend services and APIs
• Work within Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services ecosystem
• Collaborate with an 8-person Scrum team to deliver solutions in 3-week sprints
• Build products from the ground up, not just feature work or bug fixes
• Participate in Agile framework with story points typically ranging 1, 2, 5, and 8
• Work closely with team leads to deliver high-quality software iterations
• Support and enhance existing applications within the EMR system
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are applied

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Senior-level experience with React and Next.js for UI development
• Strong proficiency in C# for backend development
• Expertise with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services
• Proven ability to build products from the ground up, not just maintain existing features
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or C2C arrangement

Extra credit if you have:

• Experience with EMR or healthcare technology systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or technologies
• Experience working in fast-paced, sprint-based development environments
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and security requirements
