Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and scale our core product offerings. In this role, you will design and implement modern web applications end-to-end, blending robust frontend interfaces with high-performance backend microservices and modern Generative AI / Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

You will take ownership of system architecture, API performance, database optimization, and cloud deployment pipelines while helping integrate production-grade LLM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Engineering:

• Architectural design and implementation of modern, responsive frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and state management tools (Redux / React Query).

• Build reusable component libraries and design systems to ensure consistent UI patterns and rapid feature deployment.

• Optimize web performance (Lighthouse scores, code-splitting, lazy loading, state memoization) for high-data dashboards.

• Backend Engineering & Data:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI / Django) and Node.js (Express / NestJS).

• Design, query, and optimize relational databases using SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and caching platforms (Redis).

• Implement event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, BullMQ, or RabbitMQ) for real-time event streaming and data processing.

• GenAI & RAG Engineering:

• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock) into core workflows with prompt engineering, prompt batching, and response caching to control API costs and latency.

• Build and optimize RAG systems leveraging vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, PGVector, Qdrant) and document ingestion/chunking pipelines (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• Cloud & DevOps:

• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront).

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications using Docker, and enforce production-level security standard (RBAC, OAuth 2.0).

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Experience: 46 years of software engineering experience in full-stack web application development and production deployments.
• Frontend: Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and WebSockets.
• Backend: Proficiency in Python and Node.js (Express/NestJS) for building scalable microservices and async data processing.
• Database & Caching: Strong competency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization, indexing, and Redis caching mechanisms.
• GenAI & AI Integrations: Direct experience building Generative AI features, LLM API integrations, and RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Search).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Solid hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and containerization tools like Docker.
• Architecture: Practical understanding of event-driven design, RBAC, multi-tenant database isolation, and API security protocols.
