Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our development agency and take ownership of complex client applications from development through deployment.

Our projects include SaaS platforms, AI-powered applications, business automation systems, and third-party integrations. We use Claude Code extensively as part of our development workflow, so we’re looking for someone who is already highly comfortable using AI-assisted development tools effectively.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, make sound technical decisions, and confidently navigate both new and existing codebases.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Develop APIs, backend services, background jobs, and database-driven applications using PostgreSQL and related technologies.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs, CRMs, payment systems, communication platforms, and business tools.
• Use Claude Code as a core part of the development workflow for implementation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and navigating large codebases.
• Work with AI/LLM integrations including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and similar platforms.
• Deploy and maintain applications using AWS/Azure, Docker, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues across the frontend, backend, database, integrations, and production infrastructure.
• Write and review production-quality code and automated tests.
• Work closely with PMs and QA to take features from requirements through successful production delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack experience.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
• Solid experience with cloud deployment, Docker, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD.
• Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Experience working with automated testing such as Playwright, Vitest, Jest, or pytest.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar systems, troubleshoot independently, and take technical ownership without requiring step-by-step direction.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Redis/queues, Stripe, Twilio, Google/Microsoft integrations, AI agents, document processing, SaaS applications, or infrastructure automation is a plus.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position based on Eastern Time (ET) working hours.

We’re looking for more than someone who can complete assigned tickets. A Senior Developer should be able to understand the requirement, evaluate the existing system, determine the right technical approach, identify risks, implement and test the solution, and see it successfully through production.

Ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving ability are just as important as technical expertise.
