Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Software Development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications and software solutions. The role requires strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, along with the ability to lead technical implementation and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Develop robust frontend interfaces using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and server-side functionality using technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or similar frameworks.
• Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relevant database technologies.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, reusable, well-documented, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project coordinators, QA teams, and other developers to deliver projects successfully.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, review their work, and support technical problem-solving.
• Participate in project planning, technical discussions, estimation, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, development practices, security standards, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong experience in backend development and API development.
• Good knowledge of database design, queries, and optimization.
• Experience with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
• Understanding of web security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and payment gateway integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly web development and performance optimization.
• Experience in leading development teams or handling projects independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development.
