About the Role

Yobisys Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead who can take ownership of software development, manage the technical team, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development skills, experience with backend and frontend technologies, practical server deployment knowledge, and the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and team productivity. The candidate will also contribute to preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), planning current and upcoming software projects, defining technical approaches, and coordinating with management and other teams.

We need someone who can code, lead, plan, deploy, and take responsibility for technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Work with Python, Django, FastAPI, databases, and frontend technologies.
• Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
• Debug technical issues and improve application performance, security, and reliability.
• Review code and maintain development standards.

2. Technical Team Management

• Lead, guide, and mentor developers in daily technical activities.
• Delegate tasks based on team members' skills, priorities, and project requirements.
• Set deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Track pending work, identify blockers, and take corrective action.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, accountability, and productivity.

3. Project Planning and PRD Preparation

• Prepare and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for existing and upcoming software projects.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, development tasks, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with management, UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders.
• Estimate development efforts, plan resources, and prioritize tasks.
• Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and delays.

4. Server Deployment and DevOps

• Set up, deploy, and maintain applications on servers and cloud platforms.
• Manage application environments, server configurations, databases, and production releases.
• Use Docker and Docker Compose for application containerization and deployment.
• Troubleshoot server issues, deployment failures, application downtime, and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage logs, backups, environment variables, and production configurations.
• Ensure application availability, security, and deployment reliability.

5. Database and Performance Optimization

• Work with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, indexes, joins, and database schemas.
• Identify slow queries and improve application response times.
• Use caching and background processing tools such as Redis and Celery where required.

6. Ownership and Delivery

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned software projects, from planning to deployment.
• Ensure development activities align with business objectives and agreed deadlines.
• Identify technical risks early and provide practical solutions.
• Establish coding practices, documentation standards, and development workflows.
• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack or software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Django, Django REST Framework, or FastAPI.
• Practical experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or similar frameworks.
• Strong database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and database optimization.
• Practical experience with Linux servers, application deployment, and production environments.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience managing development tasks, assigning responsibilities, and tracking deadlines.
• Ability to prepare PRDs, technical documentation, project plans, and development estimates.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or team coordinator.
• Experience with Celery, Redis, asynchronous processing, and scheduled tasks.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating developers across different modules.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical planning and team management.
