Senior Full Stack Developer

Work Location : Bangsar South, KL

Job Overview:

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. This role involves leading mobile projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile technologies, a solid understanding of user-centered design, and a passion for optimizing app performance and scalability to align with the company’s broader direction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, testing, and adherence to mobile development best practices.
• Lead and manage the mobile development lifecycle from planning through deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to create a seamless user experience and integrate mobile apps with APIs and backend systems.
• Optimize mobile applications for speed, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring smooth performance across devices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth.
• Participate in Agile development processes such as Scrum, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues in a timely manner.
• Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, ensuring that the team applies modern approaches and tools.
• Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintaining project clarity.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile apps.
• Cross-Platform: Strong Experience with cross-platform frameworks React Native
• Android: Proficiency in Java for Android development.
• iOS: Experience with Swift and Objective-C for iOS development is a plus
• Experience with React JS is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud messaging APIs.
• Strong understanding of mobile app performance optimization and security best practices.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Familiarity with app store submission processes and in-app purchase integration.
• Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks and automation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
