Senior Full Stack Developer – FinTech & Banking | 10+ Years Experience | Remote

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build and maintain secure fintech products, including digital banking, payments, wallets, and remittance platforms. Candidates must have professional experience working on fintech software.

Responsibilities

• Build full stack applications using React and Remix.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Build and integrate payment, banking, wallet, and remittance features.
• Integrate AI/LLM-based solutions and AI-powered features into applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services, including payment and identity verification providers.
• Implement secure authentication, access controls, and transaction workflows.
• Handle webhooks, errors, retries, and audit records reliably.
• Write and maintain tests, review code, troubleshoot production issues, and support releases.
• Work with product, design, and QA colleagues to deliver features from requirements through deployment.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Previous professional experience building or maintaining fintech, banking, payment, digital wallet, or remittance software.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and Python.
• Professional experience with React and Remix.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of databases, authentication, access control, and web security.
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, and production debugging.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ledgers, reconciliation, KYC/KYB integrations, or transaction monitoring.
• Experience with MongoDB, relational databases, Docker, cloud deployment, or CI/CD.
• Awareness of audit trails and compliance requirements relevant to financial software.
