Senior Full Stack Developer (Laravel + Angular + AI-Assisted Development)

CrecenTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel (PHP) for backend development and Angular for frontend development.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The role also requires practical experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and overall productivity while ensuring that all generated code is properly reviewed, validated, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel (PHP) and Angular.
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and external systems.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to support coding, debugging, documentation, and development workflows.
• Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and application architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, QA teams, and other technical resources to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Optimize existing applications for improved performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Follow secure coding practices and ensure applications meet applicable security and data protection standards.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code in accordance with established development standards.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decision-making.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Use containerization technologies such as Docker where applicable.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and engineering practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, preferably with experience using modern Angular versions.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and responsive web applications.
• Proven experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding and development tools.
• Experience with Docker, Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and API testing.
• Strong understanding of application security and secure development practices.
• Experience implementing JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and other authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and team-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to scalable distributed systems and cloud-based application architecture.
• Experience working in product-based, SaaS, or fast-paced technology environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Previous experience mentoring developers or contributing to technical leadership and architectural decisions.
