Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET C# / ReactJS)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET C# and ReactJS to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a solid software engineering background, strong SQL skills, and experience designing and building enterprise-grade web applications from the ground up.

This role requires a hands-on developer who is comfortable engaging directly with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The successful candidate should be well-versed in modern software engineering practices including SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, and scalable application design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET C# and ReactJS.
• Build new applications from inception through production deployment.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design and optimize database solutions, queries, and integrations.
• Apply SOLID Principles and Clean Architecture to create maintainable and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Support deployment activities and production issue resolution when required.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and communicate solution approaches.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in .NET C# development
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS development
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments
• Experience building web applications from scratch, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Azure or cloud-native application development
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API-led architectures
