Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and Rust to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, REST APIs, backend services, and modern frontend applications, along with a strong understanding of software architecture and database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop high-performance services and components using Rust.
• Work on frontend development using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
• Design and optimize databases, queries, and data models.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, security, and data protection.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture discussions and help establish coding and development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support the team in resolving technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with Rust and Rust-based backend/service development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Experience with React.js / Next.js or equivalent frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and development workflows.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and OOP.
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience designing distributed systems.
• Familiarity with automated testing and TDD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
