Are you a senior engineer who loves owning end-to-end features, designing scalable cloud architectures, and leveraging cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code?

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology – Application Development team. You will play a pivotal role in a small, delivery-focused POD, driving the evolution of our customer-facing web applications on a modern cloud stack.

📍 The Role

• Stack: React, TypeScript, .NET Core, AWS (ECS, SQS, EventBridge), SQL Server/PostgreSQL

💡 What You’ll Do

• Build Modern Frontends: Design responsive, accessible UI components in React and TypeScript with clean state management and top-tier performance.
• Architect Backend Services: Build RESTful .NET (C#) Web APIs, domain services, and own the Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layer to bridge UI and backend systems smoothly.
• Cloud & Event-Driven Systems: Develop containerized services on Amazon ECS and build asynchronous, event-driven integrations using AWS SQS and EventBridge.
• Practice AI-Driven Engineering: Lead spec-driven development using Claude Code and agentic tooling—translating requirements into specs, utilizing AI tools to write code, and holding full ownership over code security, quality, and PR verification.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor mid/junior developers, contribute to architecture decisions, build reusable AI engineering workflows (MCPs, prompts, guardrails), and own features from spec to release.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years in professional software development (with 3+ years at a Senior/Lead level).
• Frontend: Strong expertise in React (hooks, state management, component architecture) and TypeScript.
• Backend: Deep hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core (C#, Web API, EF Core) and the BFF pattern.
• AWS & Containers: Solid experience with AWS (ECS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch) and Docker containers.
• Databases & Security: Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL) and robust API security (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT).
• AI Tooling Mastery: Proven, practical experience using AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) following structured, spec-driven workflows.

🌟 Bonus Points For

• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Hands-on experience building custom agentic AI tooling, MCP integrations, or automated SDLC workflows.
• Integrations with payment gateways (Stripe) or enterprise ERPs (SAP).
• UI testing experience with Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience migrating legacy .NET Framework platforms to .NET 8+.
