Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to build a

connector between Genesys and the future Agentic Architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

 Strong hands-on experience in TypeScript development.

 Proven experience developing solutions on Azure, including Azure

Kubernetes Service (AKS)

 Experience with real-time streaming and event-driven architectures.

 Ability to perform technical design, solution architecture, implementation,

and testing.

 Strong understanding of system integration patterns and API-based

connectivity.

 Ability to define and document:

o End-to-end solution architecture

o Customer journey and call flows

o Technical design and implementation approach

o Integration and deployment strategy

 Ability to work independently and provide a clear technical vision, even when

all specifications are not yet finalized

 Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present

detailed technical proposals to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

 Knowledge of Python.

 Experience with AI/Agentic architectures, LLMs, and AI-driven solutions.

 Experience with Genesys Cloud integrations and contact center technologies.

Key Expectations

The candidate must be capable of producing detailed technical documentation and

solution designs, including architecture diagrams, end-to-end call flows, component

interactions, and implementation approaches. The role requires a proactive mindset

and the ability to propose and defend a technical vision rather than relying solely on

provided specifications.

Pay: €70.000,00 per year
