Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic AI Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic AI Platform to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help shape and scale an enterprise AI platform that supports intelligent, data-driven experiences across the organization. You will lead full-stack engineering efforts spanning cloud infrastructure, application development, and AI/ML integration in a regulated healthcare environment. The position also partners closely with data science and engineering teams to improve platform reliability, compliance, and long-term technical standards.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,970 – $203,940 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of the enterprise Agentic AI Platform
• Drive scalability and reliability of platform infrastructure across Azure Kubernetes Services
• Own knowledge ingestion and retrieval capabilities for enhanced data processing
• Establish engineering standards for development and compliance requirements
• Coach and develop engineering and data science teams for performance and career growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and production application support
• 4+ years building cloud-native solutions with Azure and Kubernetes
• 3+ years of full-stack development with JavaScript, React, and API design
• 2+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions with large language models
• 1+ year managing multi-agent orchestration and agentic AI platforms
