What the job involves

• Here's what you'll own:
• High-concurrency APIs and the reliability foundations behind them: retries, idempotency, queues. Event-driven systems that don't drop data
• Product surfaces - dashboards, reporting, candidate and company experiences - that stay consistent under load
• New features and services on an evolving platform, shipped fast and built to last
• Cloud-ready architecture that scales cleanly from 10 to 10,000+ users
