• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to define, document, and champion architectural decisions, proactively exploring and evaluating emerging technologies to meet evolving product and engineering requirements.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects — from ideation and technical design through development, deployment, and ongoing support — ensuring delivery quality and operational reliability.
• Propose scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions by evaluating trade-offs and making informed engineering decisions that directly impact product outcomes.
• Actively contribute to team practices through agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BA, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure technical efforts are tightly aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions, fostering professional growth within the team.
• Championing an AI-first engineering mindset by leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity.
• Defining, implementing, and refining AI-assisted coding rules, guidelines, and workflows — including prompt engineering standards, AI code review practices, and governance policies — to ensure consistent team-wide benefit while maintaining reliability, security, and maintainability.
