Senior Full Stack Engineer

A growing technology team is looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to help build and scale next-generation AI-powered applications used in complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React
• Develop and integrate AI agent solutions , including orchestration, workflow automation, and decision-making capabilities
• Design and build APIs and microservices that support high-performance distributed systems
• Implement real-time monitoring, logging, and observability features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-focused solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
• Champion software quality, security, maintainability, and engineering best practices
• Work within Agile and DevOps environments to deliver production-ready solutions
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and innovation across the SDLC
• Mentor engineers and help drive technical excellence across the team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong Python expertise, ideally with FastAPI, Django, Flask , or similar frameworks
• Advanced React development experience, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript and state management
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies such as LangChain, OpenAI, Bedrock , or similar platforms
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines , and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, algorithms, and scalable system design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
