About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and meaningful production experience in frontend development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning features end-to-end and working across distributed systems, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern frontend applications.

Key Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience with Go, Python, or Node.js
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience building and operating APIs, services, background jobs, and integrations
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, streaming, retries, and failure handling
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Experience with automated testing
• Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on reliability, simplicity, and user outcomes

Good to Have

• Go, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, NSQ
• Frontend architecture, Storybook, design systems, and accessibility
• AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Event-driven architecture and distributed tracing
• Industrial, IoT, machine health, or enterprise SaaS experience
• AI/GenAI integration experience
• Authentication, authorization, auditability, and secure service-to-service communication

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate end-to-end product features
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, background workers, and integrations
• Develop user-facing applications using React and TypeScript
• Design service boundaries, data models, API contracts, and asynchronous workflows
• Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems
• Develop efficient and reliable database access patterns
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build practical technical solutions
• Improve system reliability through automated testing, observability, and performance optimization
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and incident response
• Investigate production issues and implement long-term solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment practices, and engineering improvements
• Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Candidates from Tier-1 institutions preferred.
