Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Audience Builder, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), MarTech, and data engineering . The role will focus on building scalable audience creation, segmentation, preview, and activation capabilities for marketing and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Adobe AEP, Adobe Audience Manager, CDP platforms, or similar audience-building tools , along with strong full-stack development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Audience Builder & CDP

• Build and configure audience creation and segmentation workflows .
• Define audience rules using behavioral and attribute-based conditions .
• Develop audience preview and activation capabilities.
• Work with data mapping, schemas, segmentation logic, and identity stitching .
• Integrate customer data from CRM, web/app analytics, and third-party data sources.
• Support audience activation across marketing tools and advertising platforms.
• Demonstrate hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Audience Builder/CDP solutions.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive React/Next.js applications for audience creation and management.
• Develop customer segmentation workflows and audience preview experiences.
• Create activation and campaign execution interfaces.
• Develop AI-assisted customer insights and recommendations.

Backend Development

• Develop scalable Python/Node.js services and REST APIs.
• Build middleware for audience creation, preview, activation, and orchestration.
• Implement business logic supporting customer segmentation and audience management.
• Develop reliable, maintainable, and high-performance backend services.

Data & Platform Integration

• Integrate with Databricks and Delta Lake .
• Work with ClickHouse for analytics and customer data access.
• Use Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Integrate Kafka/Event Hubs for event streaming.
• Build scalable data mapping and integration workflows.

AI & Personalization

• Develop AI-assisted audience generation capabilities.
• Support intelligent segmentation and customer recommendations.
• Build data-driven targeting and personalization workflows.

• Ability to explain end-to-end audience configuration and data logic.
• Strong software development, debugging, testing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, data teams, and business stakeholders.

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
