We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a fast-growing AI Healthcare Startup in New York City. Location: Midtown, NYC
Experience: 3–5+ Years
Salary: $180K–$220K + Competitive Equity
Work Mode: Hybrid – Monday–Thursday in office Visa Sponsorship: Available – Company Sponsored

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript – Frontend, Backend amp; Infrastructure
- Strong Python foundation Experience building and scaling distributed systems High-throughput production systems experience
- 2+ years at an early-stage, VC-backed startup
- AWS / Serverless experience Bachelors degree in CS / Computer Engineering
- AI/LLM production experience is a plus
