Senior Full Stack Engineer

Mind Stream is hiring for our client, a senior technical owner of an on-premises enterprise platform for CRM, project and portfolio delivery, investment portfolio management, and financial workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical direction and evolution of the entire platform: database, API, web, mobile, and integrations.

• Execute safe data evolution using reviewed, rerunnable, sequential migration scripts with tested rollback plans for the SQL Server core.

• Manage scripted, repeatable releases on Windows Server with documented rollback procedures and regression suites.

• Ensure reliable synchronization between the platform and on-premises SAP S/4HANA and OpenText systems.

• Maintain security and compliance standards, including access control, transport security, certificate management, and OWASP ASVS evidence.

• Perform operations monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, quality/change control, documentation, coaching, and offline dependency vetting for vulnerabilities, licenses, and SBOM compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.

• T-SQL, stored procedures, query tuning, index tuning, and SQL Server data-core ownership.

• Node.js, Express, REST API design, mssql driver, OData clients, and RBAC.

• React 18, TypeScript, React Native, Git, and automated unit testing.

• PowerShell, Windows services, scripted releases, rollback/regression suites, and production operations.

Experience: 10+ years, including 5+ years as the lead engineer owning a production system and 5+ years with SQL Server

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field

Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract duration: 12 months, renewable
