Job Summary

Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with 8+ years of experience in full stack development, software architecture, and DevOps. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in designing scalable applications, building robust software solutions, managing deployment processes, and implementing DevOps best practices.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of technical architecture, making strategic technology decisions, and ensuring application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Lead end-to-end full stack development, including frontend and backend architecture.
• Design and implement robust software architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps workflows.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability through best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in software architecture and system design.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure management, and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of application scalability, security, performance optimization, and database design.
• Proficiency in relevant frontend and backend technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and drive projects independently.
