About the Role:

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica Hybrid

Type of Hiring: Contract

Description:

Experienced Senior Software Engineers with strong front-end development expertise to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about scalable software, modern UI frameworks, cloud-native development, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement Single Page Applications (SPA) and Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Python, and C#.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams to deliver user stories, epics, and backlog items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD initiatives and DevOps best practices.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities.
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Support ongoing innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled development practices where applicable.
