The Senior Full Stack Engineer will support the design, development, modernization, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications across the organization's Agentic AI initiatives. This role will focus on building modern, AI-powered user experiences that enable business users to interact with conversational agents, decision-support tools, analytics, semantic search capabilities, and workflow-driven applications.

The individual will provide senior technical expertise across front-end development, back-end services, API integration, microservices, database development, cloud services, and AI-enabled application integration. Working closely with the onsite Agentic AI Lead, Product Owners, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders, this role will translate requirements into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

The role will also establish reusable application components, development patterns, and engineering standards that can be applied across multiple Agentic AI use cases and programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, React, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL Server

• Build responsive, maintainable, and user-friendly web applications for business and operational users

• Develop front-end components and back-end services that support AI-powered and workflow-driven applications

• Translate business and technical requirements into production-ready application features

• Support end-to-end development from solution design through deployment and production support

• Apply modern software design patterns to improve application maintainability, extensibility, and performance

• Agentic AI and Generative AI Integration

• Develop user experiences that enable interaction with conversational agents, Generative AI services, analytics, and decision-support capabilities

• Integrate applications with Azure OpenAI, LLM-powered services, semantic search, knowledge-retrieval solutions, and AI orchestration components

• Build APIs and integration services that connect user interfaces with AI services, enterprise data sources, and business workflows

• Partner with AI and data engineering teams to operationalize AI capabilities through intuitive, scalable applications

• Support prompt-driven interactions, guided workflows, user feedback mechanisms, and AI-assisted business processes

• Contribute to intelligent automation and enhanced user experiences through appropriate use of Generative AI technologies

• Modern UI and Front-End Engineering

• Design and develop modern web applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Build reusable UI components and front-end patterns that can be leveraged across multiple applications

• Support dynamic web applications, modular architectures, and micro frontend development approaches

• Ensure interfaces provide responsive and consistent experiences across supported devices and environments

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to convert user needs into practical application experiences

• Improve application usability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability

• API and Microservices Development

• Design and develop secure REST APIs and microservices using .NET Core and C#

• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, databases, analytics solutions, AI services, and workflow systems

• Develop modular back-end services that support scalable application architecture

• Support API performance optimization, exception handling, logging, security, and production monitoring

• Troubleshoot integration issues across front-end, back-end, database, and cloud components

• Contribute to modernization of monolithic applications through service-based architecture and reusable APIs

• Database Design and Performance

• Design and maintain SQL Server databases supporting enterprise applications

• Experience in Azure Databricks

• Develop stored procedures, data-access components, and complex SQL queries

• Optimize database structures and queries to improve application performance and reliability

• Apply Entity Framework Core and ADO.NET for database access and application integration

• Support data validation, troubleshooting, and database-related production issues

• Ensure database solutions align with application scalability and security requirements

• Azure Cloud and DevOps Engineering

• Develop and integrate Azure Functions to support event-driven and serverless application requirements

• Implement and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, deployment, and release management

• Support cloud-native application development using relevant Azure services

• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and release quality

• Apply secure engineering and configuration-management practices across development environments

• Support production readiness, release validation, incident resolution, and application monitoring

• Analytics and Decision-Support Enablement

• Integrate enterprise applications with reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities

• Develop or support Power BI dashboards, matrix reports, and interactive visualizations where required

• Enable users to access operational insights and AI-generated recommendations through integrated application experiences

• Collaborate with analytics teams to incorporate business metrics and reporting outputs into applications

• Ensure analytics features align with user workflows and business requirements

• Agile and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, retrospectives, and production-readiness reviews

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI designers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Platform Teams

• Convert requirements into technical specifications, development tasks, and implementation plans

• Provide transparent status updates on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions

• Support end-to-end application delivery in an Agile Scrum environment

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, application engineering, or enterprise software development
• Solid hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL Server
• Solid experience developing modern web applications using Angular
• Working experience with React and reusable component-based development
• Experience designing secure APIs and integrating enterprise systems and business workflows
• Experience with SQL Server database design, Azure databricks, stored procedures, query optimization, Entity Framework Core, or ADO.NET
• Experience implementing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions or comparable cloud capabilities
• Experience modernizing legacy applications through framework upgrades, refactoring, and architecture improvements
• Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery environments
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across onsite and offshore teams
• Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
