Senior Full Stack Engineer - NBA

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - NBA to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on building modern full stack applications that support internal users and critical business workflows in a healthcare environment. You will own features across the front end, back end, and database layers, helping deliver reliable tools that improve usability and operational efficiency. The position partners closely with product and technical teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive web experiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,900 – $147,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Deliver full stack features across React, Node.js services, and PostgreSQL
• Develop capabilities for business users to manage member actions in the action library
• Create and maintain REST APIs with a contract-first approach and strong validation
• Design PostgreSQL schemas to support robust user experiences
• Integrate with orchestration services to ensure reliable workflow execution
• Translate complex workflows into user-friendly designs that improve usability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience, particularly in React and TypeScript
• Experience building production-grade web applications with modern React architecture
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and TypeScript, especially in building REST APIs
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Understanding of modern front-end architecture, including state management and performance optimization
• Experience with shared TypeScript models and schema validation during API development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application development
