Who are we?

ShareGroop is a payment orchestration platform designed for enterprises.

Since 2015, we have helped travel, transportation and e-commerce companies design and operate complex payment journeys.

Our platform manages payment collection and orchestration, installments, wallets, payouts, virtual IBANs, subscriptions, payment recovery and other payment workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own technical delivery and hands-on development, with the opportunity to grow into a hybrid Delivery / Technical Lead role based on results.

Your responsibilitiesEngineering & Delivery

Your first priority will be to become hands-on and operational on our platform and projects:

• Develop and improve our platform using JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js and Vue.js
• Design and build APIs and backend services
• Integrate PSPs, payment APIs and third-party services
• Work on transactions, webhooks, refunds, payouts and reconciliation
• Design robust asynchronous processes using queues, workers and idempotency
• Contribute to architecture decisions
• Implement automated tests and participate in code reviews
• Support deployments, production monitoring and troubleshooting
• Improve performance, reliability, security and maintainability
• Work with AWS Cloud Platform and scalable cloud architectures

Enterprise & SMB Delivery

You will work on two complementary types of projects:

• Enterprise projects requiring specific integrations, technical workshops, complex workflows and close coordination with clients' IT teams
• Standardized SMB solutions designed to be scalable, repeatable and easy to deploy across a larger number of merchants

You will progressively own projects from requirements to production: scoping, client workshops, architecture, technical specifications, planning, stakeholder coordination, delivery, testing, risk management, go-live and post-production.

For the SMB side, you may also contribute to standardizing onboarding, integrations, configuration and deployment processes, reducing manual operations and building reusable components and automation.

You should be equally comfortable writing production code, structuring a scalable standardized solution and leading a technical meeting with an enterprise client's IT team.

Payment & AI experience

Hands-on Payment / FinTech experience is important: PSP integrations, payment APIs, transaction processing, webhooks, authentication/signature validation, idempotency, refunds, payouts, wallets/ledgers, reconciliation, acquiring or payment orchestration.

Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, workflow automation or AI-assisted development is highly valued.

Growth towards Technical Lead

The initial focus is engineering and successful delivery . Based on your results, autonomy and ability to take ownership, you may progressively:

• Take technical ownership of multiple projects
• Challenge architecture and technical decisions
• Coordinate engineering delivery
• Support and mentor other developers
• Lead code reviews and define engineering standards
• Improve delivery processes, tools and automation
• Contribute to architecture and the technical roadmap

We are not looking for a manager on day one, but for an excellent hands-on engineer who can demonstrate results and progressively take broader technical leadership responsibilities , reporting directly to our CTO.

Depuis 2015, nous accompagnons des acteurs du voyage, du transport et du e-commerce sur leurs parcours de paiement.

Notre plateforme gère notamment l'encaissement et l'orchestration, les paiements en plusieurs fois, wallets, reversements, virtual IBAN, abonnements, recovery et autres flux de paiement.

Nous recherchons un Senior Full-Stack Engineer pour prendre en charge la delivery technique et le développement, avec une évolution possible vers un rôle hybride Delivery / Technical Lead selon les résultats.

Vos missionsEngineering & Delivery

Votre première priorité sera d'être directement opérationnel sur notre plateforme et nos projets :

• Développer notre plateforme en JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js et Vue.js
• Concevoir des APIs et services backend
• Intégrer des PSP, APIs et services de paiement
• Gérer transactions, webhooks, refunds, payouts et réconciliation
• Concevoir des traitements asynchrones robustes : queues, workers, idempotence
• Participer aux choix d'architecture
• Réaliser les tests automatisés et code reviews
• Participer aux déploiements, au monitoring et à la résolution d'incidents
• Améliorer performance, fiabilité, sécurité et maintenabilité
• Travailler sur AWS Cloud Platform et des architectures cloud scalables

Delivery Grands Comptes & SMB

Vous interviendrez sur deux types de projets complémentaires :

• Des projets Grands Comptes nécessitant intégrations spécifiques, ateliers techniques, parcours complexes et coordination étroite avec les équipes IT clients
• Une offre SMB standardisée , conçue pour être scalable, réplicable et rapidement déployable auprès d'un grand nombre de marchands

Vous prendrez progressivement les projets du cadrage à la production : besoins, ateliers clients, architecture, spécifications, estimation, planification, coordination, delivery, tests, gestion des risques, go-live et suivi post-production.

Sur la partie SMB, vous contribuerez également à standardiser et automatiser l'onboarding, les intégrations, la configuration et le déploiement , afin de limiter les opérations manuelles et construire des composants réutilisables.

Vous devez être aussi à l'aise dans le code, dans la construction d'une solution standardisée scalable que dans une réunion technique avec les équipes IT d'un grand compte.

Expérience Payment & AI

Une expérience concrète Payment / FinTech est importante : intégration de PSP, APIs de paiement, transactions, webhooks, authentification/signatures, idempotence, refunds, payouts, wallets/ledgers, réconciliation, acquiring ou orchestration de paiement.

Une expérience avec les LLM, AI agents, RAG, automatisation de workflows ou développement assisté par IA est fortement appréciée.

Évolution vers Technical Lead

La priorité initiale reste la delivery et le développement . Selon vos résultats, vous pourrez progressivement :

• Piloter les code reviews et standards de développement

Nous ne recherchons pas un manager dès le premier jour, mais un excellent profil hands-on capable de démontrer ses résultats puis de prendre progressivement davantage de responsabilités , sous le management du CTO.
