Senior Full Stack Engineer (Realtime & Voice) Customer Experience Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Realtime & Voice) Customer Experience Platform to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will focus on building and scaling realtime voice experiences within a customer-facing platform, with a strong emphasis on reliability, latency, and seamless end-to-end execution. You will work across the stack to support partner integrations, enterprise-ready functionality, and the operational health of revenue-critical systems. The position will partner closely with product, infrastructure, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable capabilities in a fast-moving consumer technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end voice channel, including telephony and CPaaS integrations
• Build product features across the full stack, from front end to infrastructure
• Design a multi-tenant system that efficiently serves many partners
• Implement safety and compliance features for enterprise partners
• Ensure the health of revenue-critical deployments through monitoring and incident response
• Develop platform capabilities for partner telephony configurations
• Elevate the engineering team through code and architecture reviews

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production systems
• Hands-on experience with realtime systems such as voice applications and low-latency products
• Strong skills in modern front end development with React and TypeScript, plus backend experience in Scala and Python
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including GCP or AWS
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and their effective use in development workflows
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively across teams
