Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Tech Lead — Remote, AI-Native Product Work

About the work

We're a small US software company building healthcare products: an EMR, plus a new set of AI-powered tools that help care teams keep track of patients between visits. We're profitable, working with real clients, and expanding a lot this year.

We're hiring a senior engineer to lead the build-out of the new product lines. You'd work directly with the founders and the client, and lead 1-2 other engineers.

The role

You'll own new features end to end and be in the product conversation, not handed tickets. You'll turn vague requirements into shipped software, make the calls yourself, and tell us and our clients when something's a bad idea.

We don't grade code style. Coding is largely a solved problem to us. We hire for judgment: what to build, what to cut, and how clearly you explain it. Small team, high trust, low process. We care about outcomes, not hours.

What we're looking for

• You automate your own work with AI constantly: many agents and sub-agents, your own tooling. Not occasional autocomplete.
• You wear a lot of hats and don't wait to be told which one.
• Strong product sense. You're opinionated about what to cut.
• A real eye for design. You notice when something looks off.
• You push back well, with us and with clients.
• Mobile app experience (iOS or Android) is a big plus.
• Healthcare experience isn't required.

Logistics

• Remote, for engineers based in Pakistan.
• Reachable across US Eastern business hours, about 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT. No fixed schedule beyond that.
• Full-time contractor, paid twice a month in USD.
• US$1,000 to US$1,500 per month (about PKR 280,000 to 420,000), depending on experience.
