We are looking for an Senior Full Stack Java Developer to be part of the project of the client from the banking sector.

📍 Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Collaborate within a cross-functional, agile team.
• Own the full software delivery lifecycle: design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering with colleagues across various divisions.
• Work alongside Solution Architects to design software solutions aligned with the Bank's overall architecture vision.
• Engage actively in internal Software Engineering communities by sharing knowledge and supporting peers.

💡 What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent proven working experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of Java development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Spring Boot experience
• Minimum of 4 years of Service-oriented architecture and RESTful services experience
• Minimum of 3years of Frontend / Full-Stack development experience (React/Angular).

Strong experience with:

• Oracle & SQL
• Kafka / Avro / Event Streaming
• CI/CD & DevOps
• JavaScript TypeScript
• Kubernetes (PKS)
• Virtual Machines
• OpenAPI
• UML
• Solid understanding of client pricing domain and core banking systems.
• Proven delivery experience using test-oriented development approaches: TDD, BDD
• English B2+/C1 level with fluent business proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or similar.
