What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be

• Collaborate within a cross-functional, agile team.
• Own the full software delivery lifecycle: design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering with colleagues across various divisions.
• Work alongside Solution Architects to design software solutions aligned with the Bank's overall architecture vision.
• Engage actively in internal Software Engineering communities by sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
• Conduct pull request reviews and deliver high-quality code that adheres to engineering guidelines and standards.

What UST expects from you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent proven working experience.

• Minimum of seven years of Java development experience.

• Minimum of three years of Frontend / Full-Stack development experience.

• Tech Stack:

• Spring Boot

• Service-oriented architecture

• RESTful services

• SQL (Oracle)

• React and/or Angular

• JavaScript

• TypeScript

• Kubernetes (PKS)

• Virtual Machines

• Kafka /Avro

• OpenAPI

• UML

• Financial domain expertise: core banking systems

• Proven delivery experience using test-oriented development approaches, including:

• Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

• Strong appreciation for automated testing and quality assurance measures.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment concepts.

• English C1 level with fluent business proficiency.

Bonus

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or similar.
