Job Title: Java PLM Engineer (Centric PLM) | Production Support & Development

Location: Pleasanton, California OR Coppell, Tx (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java PLM Engineer with strong expertise in Centric PLM , Java development, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting critical production applications, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and delivering enhancements within a fast-paced Agile environment.

This role requires a blend of application support, PLM configuration, and backend development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Create and maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB) for recurring incidents.
• Support and mentor offshore teams on incident management processes.
• Configure and enhance PLM applications, preferably Centric PLM.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Work with Azure SQL and MongoDB databases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide weekday and weekend production support during PST business hours.
