Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Full Stack .NET Developers with strong expertise in .NET, React, Azure, and AI to build modern, scalable, and cloud-based enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, React, Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL Server. Candidates with experience in AI technologies—either Azure AI or other AI solutions implemented in projects—are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.
• Design and develop REST APIs and Microservices.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Integrate and implement AI capabilities into enterprise applications using Azure AI or other relevant AI technologies.
• Work with Azure services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment processes.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8.
• Strong experience with React.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure services.
• Strong experience in REST APIs and Microservices.
• Good experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD.
• AI experience in projects – Azure AI or any other relevant AI technology.

Good to Have:

• Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Search / RAG / Prompt Engineering.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS applications.
• Cloud-native application development and architecture experience.

Additional Requirement for Lead Roles:

• Candidates with 11+ years of experience will be considered for Lead-level roles.
• For candidates with 11+ years of experience, US Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture, stakeholder management, and mentoring is preferred for Lead profiles.
