Senior Full-Stack Programmer

We are seeking Full-Stack Programmers, at junior and senior level, to build IRIS's technology products: assessment platforms, learning and capability platforms, people analytics, and AI-enabled workflow products.

This is product engineering rather than project work. What you build is configured and reused across clients, not rebuilt for each one, and you will see it through to live use in client organizations.

What You Will Build

·       Assessment and examination platforms: question banks, test delivery, scoring, and reporting

·       Learning and capability development platforms

·       People and organization analytics platforms and dashboards

·       AI-enabled workflow products

·       Integrations with client HR and source systems

What You Will Do

Development

·       Design, build, test, and maintain web applications across frontend, backend, database, and APIs

·       Build core platform modules: user and role management, question banks, assessment delivery, scoring and reporting, and dashboards

·       Build for multi-tenancy and configuration, so one module serves many clients without forking the codebase

·       Implement AI capability within the products, including prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails

·       Apply AI-assisted development as a primary working method, from prototype through to production

Quality and operations

·       Maintain performance, reliability, security, and data isolation across client tenants

·       Write automated tests, and work with Quality Assurance on coverage and defect resolution

·       Support CI/CD, releases, and cloud infrastructure

·       Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Delivery

·       Build to the specification set by the Tech Product Owner, and raise feasibility issues early

·       Support client deployment: data migration, configuration, and user acceptance testing

·       Document what you build so others can run and extend it

At senior level, additionally

·       Own modules end to end, from technical design through to release

·       Contribute to architecture, technology, and build-or-buy decisions

·       Review code, set engineering standards, and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

·       Three or more years of software development experience and project work of demonstrable production quality

·       Proficiency across frontend and backend development, database design, and RESTful APIs

·       Experience with modern frameworks and tooling such as React, Node.js, Laravel, Docker, and Git

·       Working knowledge of SQL and cloud environments

·       Practical fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Visual Studio Code

·       Strong problem-solving ability, and the discipline to write maintainable code

·       Ability to work independently and within a small cross-functional team

·       Professional proficiency in Thai and English

What Sets Candidates Apart

·       Experience building assessment platforms, LMS, HR technology, or multi-tenant B2B SaaS

·       Multi-tenant architecture, configuration frameworks, or white-label product experience

·       Production experience with large language model features

·       Cloud platform experience (AWS or Microsoft Azure), and DevOps, CI/CD, and security practice

·       Experience integrating with enterprise HR or ERP systems

·       Understanding of PDPA requirements for employee data
