Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Full-Stack Software Developer with strong experience in Node.js to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in building scalable backend systems, developing API integrations, and delivering full-stack features that power our core platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver full-stack features.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and robust database schemas for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern software engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and system design discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing within the engineering team.

About you

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with proven expertise in Node.js.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and integrating third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
