About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to work on a US-based AI training project.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity for experienced engineers who are interested in earning additional income alongside their current work, subject to their employer's policies.

The role is coding-heavy and requires strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.

What You'll Do

• Develop, modify, and debug frontend and backend applications.
• Work with APIs, databases, services, and integrations.
• Understand and work with unfamiliar codebases.
• Diagnose application, API, database, authentication, and deployment issues.
• Work with multiple programming languages.
• Review and improve AI-generated code for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Work independently as an Individual Contributor.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Full-Stack Development experience

• Hands-on Frontend + Backend development

• React

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Strong experience with one or more of:

• Python

• Java

• Node.js

• Golang

• Rust

• APIs & Databases

• Application Architecture

• System Integration

• Strong Debugging & Problem-Solving skills

• Experience working with unfamiliar codebases

• Experience with multiple programming languages

• AI-generated code review/evaluation

Selection Process

1st Round – AI Interview: Approximately 30 minutes

2nd Round – Hiring Manager: Based on 1st-round performance. Candidates who perform well in the AI interview may not require a second round.
