About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join an Agile engineering team building next-generation applications on a modern AWS serverless platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience across Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, AWS serverless technologies, automated testing, and cloud-based application development. This role will contribute to building scalable applications, continuous integration and testing environments, test-data generation tools, automated end-to-end testing, and systems for collecting telemetry and data-integrity information.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software, product, design, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain backend services, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain applications using AWS serverless technologies.
• Develop and support continuous integration and automated testing environments.
• Develop tools and platforms for test-data generation.
• Design and execute chaos testing and automated end-to-end testing.
• Build systems for collecting telemetry and monitoring application/data integrity.
• Develop automated API integration testing solutions.
• Contribute as a technical member of an Agile engineering team.
• Participate in testing, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work across multiple technical areas while maintaining a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in an analytical or technical field is preferred.
• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/ES6.
• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and serverless application development.
• Experience with AWS services such as:
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon DynamoDB
• Amazon S3
• Amazon SNS/SQS
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
• Experience developing highly scalable software applications.
• Experience working on Agile engineering teams.
• Experience with automated browser/end-to-end testing.
• Experience with automated API integration testing.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified – Associate level or higher.
• Experience with continuous integration and automated testing environments.
• Experience with chaos testing and reliability engineering.
• Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and data-integrity solutions.
• Ability to contribute across development, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of software libraries, frameworks, and underlying code.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a cross-functional environment.
