About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team, working across backend services and frontend applications in a microservices-based architecture. You’ll build and maintain scalable APIs, contribute to our Angular-based UI, and help ensure smooth communication between our distributed services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Java
• Build responsive, maintainable front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript
• Work with the API Gateway to understand and configure request routing, authentication, and traffic management across services
• Design and implement microservices, including patterns for inter-service communication (REST, messaging queues, event-driven architecture, etc.)
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack, from UI to backend services
• Contribute to architectural decisions around scalability, performance, and service communication

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of API Gateway concepts — request routing, load balancing, and how gateway configuration affects service communication
• Experience designing and working with microservices architecture, including patterns for reliable inter-service communication
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and best practices
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile application development (iOS and/or Android), whether native or cross-platform
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for asynchronous communication
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure)
