Your Role as Senior Fullstack

What makes this role stand out:

• End-to-End Application Delivery: You build, operate, and maintain complete, production-ready applications across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud environments—primarily using Python for backend services and React/TypeScript for modern frontends.
• AI & LLM Integration: You bring AI capabilities to life in real products, integrating model APIs, retrieval mechanisms (RAG), streaming, structured outputs, tool use, and vector or specialized data stores.
• Full Delivery Lifecycle Ownership: You work alongside product teams, data scientists, and AI engineers from the design stage to turn requirements into maintainable software. You own testing, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, deployment, and observability (logs, metrics, traces) to ensure system reliability.
• Technical Leadership & Client Impact: You act as a technical point of contact in client projects—discussing requirements, explaining technical tradeoffs, maintaining clear documentation, and adapting flexibly to different codebases and technology stacks.

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong software engineering fundamentals and proven experience building maintainable backend services and APIs, primarily in Python.
• Is proficient in modern frontend development, working comfortably with React and TypeScript.
• Holds solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases, alongside familiarity with vector or specialized data stores.
• Regularly uses Docker, Docker Compose, and Git, with a solid grasp of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and application observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Demonstrates practical experience integrating external APIs and services, including AI and LLM-based components (streaming, structured outputs, RAG).
• Brings a pragmatic engineering mindset—taking ownership of reliability, security, and performance across the full stack.
• Communicates clearly in English and Polish, with the flexibility to adapt across different client projects, codebases, and toolchains.
• Bonus points for experience with frameworks like FastAPI/Django/Flask, alternative ecosystems (Angular, Node.js), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), agentic frameworks/tool calling, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), or advanced observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).
