Senior Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our amazing team, working on a software product for a global leader in industrial automation. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team in Barcelona, collaborating closely with teams in Japan, the United States and the Netherlands, developing Drives Configuration and Programming software.

🔵 Responsibilities:

• Transform requirements into software specifications, Features and User Stories
• Design and implement new functionality, extending and evolving the software platform
• Participate in code and design reviews, contributing to continuous improvement
• Work closely with software, test and application engineers, as well as other stakeholders, to improve product quality
• Influence schedule, feature and product design decisions
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the software
• Stay up to date with new technologies relevant to the product

🔵 Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong ownership across the full software development lifecycle (from design to post-release)
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem: C#, .NET and desktop application development (WPF and React are a plus)
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: SOLID principles, clean architecture and scalable system design
• Proven experience applying design patterns, writing maintainable code, performing code reviews and unit testing
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and distributed systems concepts
• Experience or exposure to modern front-end technologies, especially React, and integration with backend services
• Comfortable working with modern development tools and approaches (AI-assisted development, Copilots, rapid prototyping)
• Nice to have: industrial automation knowledge (PLC, Motion Control, Inverter, Servo, etc.) and experience in web/mobile development
