Senior Fullstack Developer : Commodity Trading Company - 12 Month Initial Contract

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Fullstack Developer with a background delivering projects within a trading environment to join a global Commodities Trading Company.

You will be working in a front office trading environment dealing directly with business users & stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works independently, determines own priorities and provides functional / technical support to experienced colleagues.
• Focus is on functional design and development of moderately complex applications and infrastructure.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within projects concerning multiple IT systems / domains.

Key Skills:

Backend

• C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core)
• RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• SQL Server and database design

Frontend

• React
• TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Cloud and DevOps

• Microsoft Azure
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Docker and containerisation
