Senior Fullstack Developer (Go & React)

1. This is a senior-only engagement. We are looking for engineers who can: Work full-stack across Go backend microservices and a TypeScript / React SaaS web application;
2. Become productive in a live, complex codebase with minimal onboarding; and
3. Operate independently across demanding domains such as order fulfilment, shipping, invoicing, and tooling migration.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on context in order-to-delivery and invoicing flows, scheduled and queue-based processing (CRON, RabbitMQ), workflow automation (Apache NiFi), and tech-debt migration on live systems.

1. Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and extend fulfilment features end-to-end across backend services and the SaaS web app.

2. Implement order-to-delivery flows (picking / packing, shipping, delivery, invoicing) with reliability patterns — async processing, retries, and idempotency.

3. Build and maintain scheduled jobs (CRON) for auto-invoicing, status reconciliation, and SLA reminders.

4. Design queue-based processing on RabbitMQ: routing, dead-letter and retry queues, and idempotent consumers.

5. Build and maintain workflow-automation and integration flows in Apache NiFi.

6. Deliver tech-debt migration: move existing jobs, queues, and workflows from legacy tooling to the target platform, with parallel run, cut-over, and rollback — without disrupting live operations.

7. Integrate third-party logistics / courier and invoicing services; improve performance via query optimisation, caching, and endpoint hardening.

8. Collaborate through code review and sprint-based delivery.

9. Must Have:Go backend microservices — production experience; able to read and extend existing services quickly (hexagonal / clean architecture, gRPC and REST).

10. Order fulfilment flows — shipping, delivery, and invoicing; status state machines, partial fulfilment, cancellations.

11. Query & database optimisation — PostgreSQL and MongoDB; indexing, explain-plan analysis, N+1 elimination; Redis caching.

12. Fullstack delivery — proficient in a TypeScript / React web frontend.

13. Third-party integration — logistics / courier and/or invoicing services; async, polling, retry and idempotency patterns.

14. Tech-debt migration — migrating jobs, pipelines, or services between tools on a live system with minimal downtime.

15. Senior autonomy — self-directed in complex domains with minimal onboarding; disciplined Git workflow and code review.

16. Nice to Have: CRON / job scheduling — production scheduled jobs; overlap prevention (distributed locks), retries, missed-run monitoring.

17. RabbitMQ (queue) — exchanges and routing, deadletter queues, retry / back-off, outbox pattern.

18. Apache NiFi (workflow automation) — building, maintaining, or migrating NiFi flows.

19. AI-assisted development — hands-on with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools in a real workflow.

20. Sales & distribution / logistics / ERP domain experience (order-to-cash).

21. OpenTelemetry observability, Kubernetes.

22. Ways of Working:Two-week sprints; PRD-ready work items are a prerequisite so senior capacity is used on delivery rather than discovery.
