Senior Fullstack Engineer, Commerce Mission

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer, Commerce Mission to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on building and evolving commerce experiences that support a seamless customer journey in a regulated healthcare environment. The engineer will own critical features across cart and checkout, partnering closely with product, design, and other technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Success in this position will require strong technical judgment, attention to quality, and the ability to drive work from concept through launch.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $172,550 – $203,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features in cart and checkout by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Design and implement full-stack solutions using modern technologies
• Lead technical design for initiatives such as global checkout flows and fraud controls
• Champion quality by producing well-tested and documented code
• Shepherd work through the development lifecycle, ensuring readiness for launches
• Mentor team members through design reviews and best practice standardization

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Solid knowledge of API best practices, serverless patterns, and service-oriented architectures
• Experience designing and deploying scalable web services on AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline configuration and monitoring in production
• Pragmatic, entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on delivery
• Expertise in either modern frontend (React/Next.js) or backend cloud web services and API design technologies
