Senior Fullstack Engineer, Core Products

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer, Core Products to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will help shape and scale core customer-facing technology that supports a modern financial services experience. You will partner closely with product and design teams to define technical direction, make thoughtful trade-offs, and deliver features that improve performance and user outcomes. The position blends hands-on full-stack engineering with a strong focus on system resilience, data-driven iteration, and the use of AI-enabled workflows to increase speed and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,000 – $134,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and product teams to define technical strategy and evaluate trade-offs.
• Architect features that leverage AI and autonomous workflows to improve performance.
• Design resilient systems with a focus on latency, scalability, and actionable data outputs.
• Monitor and measure launched features, then iterate based on user behavior.
• Own features after launch and ensure alignment with business metrics.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and basic Laravel (PHP).
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and data pipeline integration.
• Experience with AI-assisted code generation and automated workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate product trade-offs and influence user experiences.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
