🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join teams responsible for the development and evolution of business-critical applications.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining strong Java/Spring Boot backend expertise with solid Angular frontend development . You will contribute not only to application development, but also to architecture, system design, REST API development, technical decision-making, and complex problem-solving .

You will work closely with Developers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders, helping deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

🎯 Your Mission

As a Senior Java Fullstack Developer, you will:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-quality applications.
• Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop modern frontend applications with Angular.
• Design and implement REST APIs.
• Contribute to software architecture and system design decisions.
• Build and evolve microservices-based solutions.
• Solve complex technical challenges and improve existing applications.
• Promote engineering best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and business users.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot .
• Build scalable and high-performance backend services.
• Work extensively with:
• Java
• Spring Boot
• JPA
• Hibernate
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles and software design patterns.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable components.
• Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of existing applications.

Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular 2+ .
• Build responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces.
• Integrate Angular applications with backend services and APIs.
• Ensure consistency between frontend implementation and functional requirements.
• Contribute to frontend quality, performance, and maintainability.

APIs & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs .
• Create and maintain API documentation using Swagger .
• Support integrations between applications, microservices, and external systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and identify sustainable solutions.
• Apply API development best practices around security, maintainability, and versioning.

Microservices & Architecture

• Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices architectures .
• Participate actively in architecture and system design discussions.
• Evaluate different technical solutions and architectural trade-offs.
• Apply appropriate software design patterns and engineering principles.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and maintainable.
• Contribute to technical standards and architectural consistency across applications.

Concurrency & Performance

• Develop backend solutions involving multithreading and concurrent processing .
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize backend services and application processes.
• Contribute to application stability and performance improvements.

Containers & Orchestration

• Build and support containerized applications using Docker .
• Work with applications deployed on:
• Kubernetes
• OpenShift
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on application deployment and platform improvements.
• Contribute to cloud-native application design and production readiness.

CI/CD & Code Quality

• Work with engineering and delivery tools such as:
• Git
• Maven
• SonarQube
• Jenkins
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Participate actively in code reviews.
• Promote development standards and engineering best practices.
• Identify technical debt and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.

Agile Collaboration

• Work within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Participate in planning, refinement, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Developers, Architects, QA Engineers, and Business stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical estimations and solution definition.
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members.

• 8+ years of professional Fullstack Development experience .
• Strong expertise in Java .
• Solid hands-on experience with:
