Senior Functional Analyst Blockchain & Digital Asset

Context

You will join as a Senior Functional Analyst with proven experience in banking and insurance, responsible for managing the functional design of information systems. The role is within the Digital Assets Platform team, focusing on innovative financial technologies such as tokenization, blockchain, smart contracts, stablecoins, and digital wallets. This groupwide platform supports local use cases including stablecoin payments, tokenized deposits, and tokenized funds.

Missions

• Create the concept and manage the planning for the preliminary analysis and design phase
• Perform functional analysis of information systems and produce the functional design after the prestudy
• Support changes and enhancements from development through production
• Recommend and implement system enhancements
• Develop new program requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs
• Support system upgrades and resolve problems with current systems
• Analyze service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project time estimates
• Ensure innovative concepts are converted into clear, workable, and reliable functionalities of the digital assets platform

1. Over 5 years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems in bank and insurance
2. Proven experience with Agile Methodologies
3. Analytical thinking and data driven approach
4. Strong IT Security knowledge
5. Experience in software development
6. Knowledge of Business, Cryptocurrency, programmable money, ICT, Blockchain, and Agile Methodologies
7. Proficiency with Confluence
8. Deep knowledge of Tokenization, Blockchain technology, Smart Contracts, Stablecoins, and digital wallets
9. Soft skills: being proactive and taking initiatives, clear, structured and convincing communication, and ability to work against deadlines
