We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead business process analysis, solution design, and implementation for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Design end-to-end functional solutions aligned with best practices
• Configure and customize systems (ERP/CRM or relevant platform)
• Collaborate with technical teams for development and integrations
• Perform gap analysis and propose optimized solutions
• Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality delivery
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Mentor junior consultants and guide team members
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope
